X3-100-MR multi-purpose grinder machine it’s the most modern, efficient and flexible technological solution able to satisfy the various problems related to the sanding of rubberized fabric.
It finds its ideal location in the pleasure boating sector for the production of inflatable boats and in the sector of technical items.
It achieves a perfect combination of experience gained in numerous installations of previous models and modern mechanics, mainly based on the use of modular structures and components.
The results are: exceptional operational flexibility, excellent precision, remarkable performance in full compliance with current Directives on the subject of the environment, ergonomics and safety.

4.0 TECHNOLOGY – HMI (HUMAN-MACHINE INTERFACE) SYSTEM

• Base and load-bearing structure, totally modular, made using high-section resistant aluminum profiles, free from any maintenance.
• Extremely sturdy and precise grinding wheel spindle unit.
• Conveyor roller unit with a high precision mechanical adjustment that guarantees a reading of 0.01 mm via a digital display, therefore an unmatched sanding on rubberized fabrics; it is also equipped with a motorized brush unit with relative suction for constant cleaning of the roller surface.
• Worktop for correct ergonomics of the workstation.
• Abrasive wheel dressing unit.
• The suction ducts on the machine are completely integrated in a single connection point to the suction system— For good overall performance, the installation of a suction unit is required.
